A place called Jay Ambe pav bhaji Centre, having so much good varieties of dosa and quite good.
Must recommend place if wanna try dosa in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Hello,
There is no such a favourite filling but, I love authentic South Indian Mysore masala dosa.
And in ahmedabad there is a authentic place for South Indian food called Udupi Shree Darshini near riverfront.
