Oigan hace poco edité una estación de bicicletas públicas, y bueno hasta ahí todo bien. Peeeeero hoy me percaté que otra de esas estaciones tiene un ícono diferente ¿podría alguien decirme en qué radica esa diferencia?

The first bicycle station is claimed by the business. However, the second one is yet available for claim.
Once a business claims a place, that provides a lot of flexibility to improve the profile including changing of the icon.
