Don't You like Hiking/Trekking?

The basic interest in Hiking is developed, when you are at a Young age, - People say. But I started Hiking only after I retired at the age of 60. Subsequently I have hiked more than 25 treks of which 2 were on Himalayas.

The important thing for such activity is the Mindset and willpower. The stamina slowly will be developed. Start with easy one day treks. Get the feeling of it. Slowly moderate and difficult treks can be attempted.

I recently went for hiking at

the Chimney Rocks. Am at 72 Years young, was able to attempt the summit and further up. The break during hiking is very important. This can be fixed by you based on time or distance, based on your capacity and stamina. There is nothing wrong to tell others also about your intended Breaks.

As a proverb says ‘Slow and Steady wins the Race’ , You will also become a successful Hiker / Trekker
