Do you know it takes just 24 -48 hours to replenish donated blood volume and about 4-6 weeks to replenish red blood cell after blood donation?

Thank you @HuseyinBesguller . I only just started to take interest in this and Yes! It is a a good thing, although it is not done for any sort of recognition but to save lives and motivate others.
Do you know the average adult has between 9 and 12 pints of blood and only about 1 pint is taken in each blood donation?

Do you know the actual blood draw takes only about 5 minutes? The whole process of blood donation takes about 30 minutes only.

Do you know Lagos has the most blood banks in Nigeria about 30-40 and also has the most blood donors.
It’s somthing Id like to do - I can’t yet for medical reasons but hopefully in the future
