there are many time a question is asked about a place like “do they offer stroller rental?”
i want to know what does this mean?

Please can you give to us some more information about your question. Where did you find this question about stroller rental? It will be helpful for us if you would like to send a screenshot as well.
As I know stroller rental is located at the entrance of some park like Disney land and if you want you can rent them.

Question about stroller rental is just one in the set about stores, malls, markets, and supermarkets… I think it says “Does this place offer stroller rentals?” In my opinion, it’s a little ambiguous question or translated in a wrong way on many languages, and what feedback options on questions are missing is a comment or corroboration field… It often asks me ambiguous questions or questions with faulty input data… And what can I feedback - skip question!

That’s why, often we face with questions like this “Does this place offer stroller rental?”. This information can be very helpful for people with disabilities, parents with kids, elderly people and others, who are interested in it.
