Does Google HIDE reviews - not delete them - so that a Local Guide believes that his or her review is still posted? I posted a detailed review of a horrific experience at a Florida franchise car dealer. I can see my review when I log on under my name (#1 Review) but when I search for it under a ‘New Incognito Window,’ it does not appear. I gave the car dealer a one star and it was posted 3 months ago. (I am sure that the dealer was not happy because I detailed the many government agencies I alerted and provided details - nearing the maximum length of a Google review.) I even searched by “number of stars” and the review is not posted, even though older reviews are visible. I have reviewed over 200 places across the world and they all appear or can be found in “incognito” except for the review on this car dealer. Any information or assistance with this issue would be appreciated.

Ernest,
My review didn’t violate any known rules - how about a link to the program rules that you mention. Also, Google would do this without contacting the author?
