The tastiest and most recognized typical dish of southern Spain is a really simple recipe to make at home, and especially suitable for spring and summer. It is a refreshing and very healthy recipe. To prepare this Gazpacho we need the following INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Kilo of Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Clove of Garlic (Medium if you prefer soft)
- 100 g. of Bread with Crust
- 80 ml. of Olive Oil VE
- 30 ml. of Vinegar
- 250 ml Water
- Salt
