Do you still get perks?

I am local guide for past 5 years and I am on Level 7. I use to get perks every 3 months till 2019 like free pizza slice etc. However for past 2 years, the perks just stopped coming

While google maps often says that I am in top 10%, I don’t understand why it stopped. Is there any one who can clarify. Also in the email sent by localguide i am receiving alternative statistics for same email id (like one i am level 7 which is correct and one time i am level 3!! ). Not sure whats going on

Shifting levels are most probably due to the fact that you have more than one account. Please check your email addresses in two those with statistics emails.
