First, you cut your apple into quarters. Then you put nut butter on one side of the apple. If you want to make the two eyes version, simply put a sliced strawberry between the quarter and two eye candy (I’ve put white chocolate chips with black food colouring instead). In the version with the teeth, you put mini marshmallow. I’ve used Nutella and peanut butter on mine.
Make a Rice Krispies square recipe and add food colouring. Let it sit for an hour, then shape it into a ball. Simply add an eye or multiple eyes candies.
Make a hard-boiled egg. When it’s completely cooked, crack the shell without removing it. Fill a bowl with water and food colouring and let your egg sit in overnight.
With pre-made crust dough, cut some strips and put it around a sausage. Let it bake at 350F for about 15 to 20 minutes. Don’t forget to add mustard eyes to your mummy once it’s cooked.
Kudos for writing this post! The Halloween monster menu is definitely very funny and kids (elders too) would enjoy it.
I would like to share with you a kind reminder when posting photos on Connect. Posting enlarged and aligned in the center photos are appreciated even more as it would be easier for everyone to see the small details in the photo.
I’ve helped you enlarge the photos in this post. It would be great to always upload large size photos on Connect and edit the photos in your other posts as well. It really shows the photos better and I am sure everyone will enjoy your photos even more.
@Lusianaa No problems! I’ve found these and since it was so simple, thought I would share!
@TsekoV Thanks for the advice. I’ll go over my other post to enlarge my picture. I wasn’t sure what size to take exactly so I always choose the middle one. Now that I know, I’ll post bigger pictures to my posts.
@Cecilita Thank you. My kids really liked my special menu. Each one had a favourite thing they liked to eat. Mine was the apple monster with Nutella.
@Adrija_97 OHHH! I’ll be sure to look through your post. From the little I could see, it looks delicious.
