Hello, local guides!
I hope everyone is doing fantastically. I am going to host a meet-up on Diu Island later this week. This would be the first-ever meet-up on the island and the second in the entire union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Daman and Diu. The primary goal of the meet-up is to take a photo walk 
around the island, focusing on the town of Diu and it’s rich heritage, but we will also talk about accessibility 
issues and add information about them on maps.
Date: June 15, 2024
Time: 10:00 A.M.
Venue: Diu Fort, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Daman and Diu.
Note.
- Bring your own water bottle and snacks.
- Do ping me in advance about your arrival.
- Our goal is to capture the best possible photographs of historical places.

Wow, Diu it’s a beautiful place the beaches are very cool & beautiful place it’s in my wish years ago when I had been to daman with family friend they had told us about diu, but still couldn’t visit.

Yes, @RosyKohli ma’am, it is a quite peaceful place; you can say it is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I would recommend you avoid visiting during the monsoon as the beaches are now closed; even the museum and the most famous restaurant were closed for renovation. The roads are in poor condition as pipeline work is going on.
