disruptive local guide

Hi! I would like to report a user (local guide) who deliberately is posting inappropriate photos at wrong places and making inadequate comments. Could someone privately contact me please? Thank you very much in advance

PS: Just for information sake, could have I written in Spanish in this forum?

Ouch! That sounds like breaking some of the rules, right?!

Sure it does. However, I am not aware as to which is the right step to have the offender’s profile and posts reviewed.

Hi @RodrigoMZ ,

I’m going to send you instructions on how to report this Local Guide via private message here on Connect. You can see your messages when you click on your profile photo in the top right corner and check the little envelope symbol.

Just like @ErmesT mentioned, in the future, you can report Local Guides in the How to identify and report fraud on Google Maps topic, by tagging one of the Google Moderators. You can tag Connect members in your posts and comments by writing the @ mark before their name.

To answer your second question, yes, feel free to write in Spanish here. Google Translate is available everywhere across Connect, and we also have a Spanish-speaking Google Moderator, @JavieraAu .

Also, I’ve changed the topic of your post from Photography to How-tos, as this is where Local Guides share their challenges and feedback. You can learn more about Connect topics in What are Connect topics?. Finally, I’ve removed the Spanish label from your post, as it’s written in English. To learn more about language tags, visit How do I find posts in my preferred language?.

P.S. Hope you don’t find my reply overwhelming!

Thank you for the tag, @ErmesT .
