Discrepancy between kudos badge and kudos number

Hello guys,

I just earned the Gave 5000 Kudos badge on Local Guides Connect. I am happy about it. I love giving kudos to my fellow to connect members as a token of appreciation. But am a curious guy and I think question pops up in my mind more frequently than you :smiley:

In ‘Total Likes Given’ section on my connect profile, I see there is 4789 listed. That means I still need 211 kudos to get the 5000 badges. But I have already earned it.

So I am curious to know what caused this discrepancy? And have you ever noticed this?

Haha, this is quite simple @SaifIS

In the Likes count you see all the likes that are visible to you. If you have gave a like in a reply or a post that has been removed (e.g. off. topic, spam), you will not see that in the total number, but Connect will count it in any case.

The same is for received likes. The number that I can see is 3508. What is yours?

@ErmesT I see.My received likes number is 3521. 3508 is my received likes you can see? As a moderator can you see the right number?
