I love fish and I love rice, so I’m sure that I will appreciate this dish a lot! Do you pour the sauce in the bowl on the main meal, or you eat them desperately?

I’ve noticed, reading your precious posts, that most of the meals consist of rice. Is this something very common in your country? Is rice considered as a substitute for bread?

@BorrisS Thank you. Yes we put the sauce on the bowl.Be sure you will love Sénégal food (African food) . Yes in almost the African countries rice is common and used daylly in all dishes. Bread is used rarely. One of these days I will publish a dish whose accompaniment is bread.
