Living in a developing country has its pros and cons. One drawback is that you might not be able to explore your city properly because of lack of awareness or just a general lack of safety.
The former is definitely an issue amongst Karachiites. However, Google Maps is changing everything. Being an avid phone photographer, I like to take photographs of different places in Karachi, which an average person in the city might not have seen. My objective is to encourage other users of Google Maps to discover these unique places in the city.
So far, I’ve added several photographs of historical sites in Karachi and plan to continue adding them. Some of them are below:
