discovering a gastronomic secret

Hi

My name is Juan Andres Villavicencio I’m from Ecuador and I’m 22 years old. I realized that my country is small at the territorial level, but also high levels of biodiversity, and it offers the variety of gastronomic experience.

Which did he say that by?
Because Ecuador has four regions, These regions are Costa, Sierra, Amazonia y Galapagos. you’re going to find a lot of typical meals for region.

Example

In the Costa region
Tigrillo, encebollado, seco de pollo and ceviches

In the Sierra region
Fritada, guatita, yahuarlocro and hornados

In the Amazonia region
Chontacuros, Maito de pescado and chicha

In the Galapagos
Bacalao and ceviche

Starting at adolescence, I wanted to experiment with other types of food. At first, this was very difficult. my friends were recommending to me restaurants where they had already eaten, sometimes it was the same.

At the beginning I did not know how really Google Maps was working. During this time a lot has changed. I call attention to Updates that I also recognized their potential. I began discovering restaurant that they had been here. Thanks to the experiences of other persons.

That is why I am very happy to start to share my experiences with other users. I want to keep on discovering places and gastronomy to help new users and also to live through a new experience.

Here I leave a list.

About my experience in different kind of restaurant in my City.
