The site is located on the side of Daringbadi NH-59. It is known as Southco utility Daringbadi Electrical section. The Phulbani 132/33 KV grid is powered by 33000 volt feeder 105 kilometres away. Families living in 21 panchayat in 3 blocks are supplied with 230 volts of electricity through 11 KV feeders.
Generally, over head lines are distributed to power consumers with the help of their poles, substation, conducters and insulators.I work in that office. One of my hobbies is drawing a line with a single line. I decided to convert those images to digital maps and make them more durable. The end result is that digital graphics are the last thing i want to do. It has been able to record a lot of information through the diagram including the distance of the line , the location, photo of the electricity users homes , the distance between the poles , the complete distance of the 11 KV feeders.
The Google platform has helped me a lot to convert the single line diagrams of 11KV feeders into digital maps. It was during this process that I discovered myself as a local guide to Google maps.
