Hi All,
I received a discount code from Local Guides to be used on the Google Store. This is to expire in Jan 2023. I tried using it today but it does not work. Does anybody know how I can resolve this issue? Thanks

@muzithaj Based on your location tag, I assume you currently live in Australia? Can you post a screenshot of the error? And you got this code from your email (not from someone else)? Please cover your code when posting screenshot.

@iyudhi and yes, I do live in Australia and I received the code and no-one else.
@muzithaj I’ll try to escalate on my end, but for now can you try reaching out to Google Store support and see if they can help? Please let us know what you find out from them. Try to get call/chat option if possible, since email can be really slow.

@iyudhi I have tried escalating with the Google Store twice and have been told that since the code is from Local Guides I have to contact someone from there.
