Monaco is a truly wonderful place, i usually rent a car and drive the eastern mediterranean coast, trust me no place has the charm of Monaco.
The restaurant is located inside Port palace hotel, once ur there go to the hotel’s rooftop that’s where u’ll find it.

@jerryb52 You’re right. I think the entire riviera has a feel of its own, nothing compared. Even the rest of France is different in my opinion. I love it and I have been there every summer.
Is Monaco your favorite? I like it a lot, but I don’t find it the best. I prefer typical French towns like Antibes or Saint-Tropez. They bring more of the French vibe to me.
