My favorite feature when I come to a new city is to search for the places to dine with the beautiful view over the cityline, the harbor or any other panoramic landscape around.
One of such amazing places that I have discovered for myself in Tokyo was the largest artificial island called Odaiba, a great sightseeing destination for tourists and locals.
