My Idea is mainly relating to the Current Situation of Crisis, As we all aware that a pandemic is creating threat to the existence of human being world wide & it already affected the whole world & due to that most of the nations in the world are suffering from a deep pain of Man Power loss & Economic Loss. Most of the global population is lock down & hopelessness is increasing almost everywhere. A Slogan has run everywhere - “STAY HOME STAY SAFE”, It is good to follow it because it is for Safety of our own and others life. But we became limited only to this slogan, we need to think beyond this, that what type of activities can we do while staying at our homes. The activities which can boost our mental & physical strength & doing this will surely help us to fight with this extreme critical situation. When we will do any type of workout {for example: Yoga, Jogging in house (if we have sufficient space) or any other workout what we know}, these type of activities will boost our Immunity also. We can also set a personal goal regarding Fitness which can be achieved in the duration of Lock Down. And I’m sure that these bad days will became history & Soon there will be a new dawn.
When we will decided and start doing any type of workout regularly, we can invite our friends/colleagues or relatives to join us Virtually/online, means we can record our workout in videos/photos or can go Live on any Social Networking App & can join people in our circle specially for this purpose, on online group/club on a social networking Platform. And what the thing will happen, By doing this we can motivate each other to do any type of workout while staying at own homes. And what the main blessing this activity will give to the community, when we will do any type of workout, doing that workout gives us happiness & peace of mind, this effort will convey a message of Hope, Zeal and Unity. And “Only Zeal can beat Negativity”.
And why I’m Sharing all these thoughts because I think that we need to give suggestions to any one regarding only the things/works what we are already doing or already done. As I’m already an active member in few Online/Virtual Groups/Clubs active on Social Networking Platforms where all members of those Group/Clubs are motivating each other to became more & more healthy & happy & I’m myself doing workout daily.

Together this I’m running an online/virtual club/group in my country only for the purpose of “HEALTH & FITNESS” . And the people who are doing workout at their homes & sharing their workout videos/photos in that online club/group, I call those people with a lovely appellation - “Digital Warriors”.
We/You can also start a Online/Virtual group for this purpose to make a good impact on people life by starting this campaign globally.

I also would like to that kind of workout. but meanwhile, I am unable to wake up in the morning because I study at night so I couldn’t wake up in the morning. this is my main problem. I know very well, we should give at least an hour to our body. but I am unable to give. Please give your reference…

There are many social media sites that allow for all types of posts. Local Guides is one of those platforms.
