Here is another idea for you of what to do in Switzerland. This museum is less known and even not many locals are aware it exists. And that’s a pity, as it is so much fun for both kiddos and adults in there!
This museum displays all the different kinds of diggers and tells a story about what they do and how. The major part of the museum is interractive - you can climb up everywhere and touch everything! Right at the entrance there is a big sandbox, full of toy diggers and other jobsite toys. There are also so many vechicles (walking bikes, bobbycars etc) for kids to drive around - and that directly in the museum!
There is also a huge sandbox outside, of cource filled with diggers and other similar staff. Once you had enough, you can rest in a restaurant, high chairs are provided (I love the design!), of course there is a place for diaper changing - and thats boch in a ladies AND in gentelmen bathroom!!! Dont see that often.
We loved that museum and encourage all families with kids to go over to check it!
