Despite all my effort, I m unable to correct or update. Even I talked directly to the bank manager and he failed. What are the alternate ways to get it updated?>
I admire your perserverence on this, but Google Maps decided to prevent Maps users from changing banks and ATMs, so the only sensible thing is to let it go and forget about it.
This is not my normal approach to challenges on Google Maps. But to not get caught up on issues that can’t be fixed it is better to practice our “let it go” - skills.
Only the bank staff who claimed the listing can do this. You might not have found this person.

@MortenCopenhagen What about perseverance in editing some POIs for several years from time to time? 
I had several successful edits on Bank-related POIs in some periods these recent months/years and also know some other users can do this. So, this is no more a certain-deny edit.
@Arasakumar_1 In such cases when I get repetitive or instant Not Applied message, I request in Google Maps Help Community for a fix. Although they may ask for a screenshot of a newer edit, (for example within the past year) this is very helpful to apply not-so-straightforward edits on Maps.
