Hier ist es sehr informativ und interessant aber für mich ist dieses System sehr unübersichtlich ständig verlaufe ich mich. Sorry aber ich komme damit einfach nicht zurecht.

If you mean that Connect is organized in a way that is not very intuitive I will have to agree.
Helpdesk is not where you can get help! You need to use the How-to section when you have questions or need help.
Also the topics are not wery obvious unless you have been here for a while.
But Welcome. Nice to meet you.
Feel free to ask questions if a search does not give you the answers you are looking for.

Hallo @Annaelisa , hast du schon diesen Post gesehen? Sollte jedenfalls hilfreich sein wenn man neu ist hier auf Connect. Wie schon von @MortenCopenhagen erwähnt: Du kannst immer in “How to” Bereich “Wie mache ich dies oder das” Fragen posten.
