Didnt received order confirmation email of special perk!

when i redeem this offer it was written that i will receive order confirmation email whch i have not received yet.

can i know that i will receive these or not or do i need to claim again attaching screen shot of order.

@faizanasif Have you checked your spam/trash folder and see if the email went there?

Also, I noticed that on your screenshot shows your mailing address. Considering Local Guides Connect is a public space, I highly suggest to NOT show any personal information, especially address where you love. Please remove the attached image and replace it with the one that doesn’t have your mailing address.

I also checked my spam/trash folder i did’nt find any mail of order confirmation there as well.

I, SUBHONILBANERJEE haven’t received the confirmation email for my Google local guides special edition perk, i.e. socks. It has already been 48 hours. I have with me the screenshot for order being placed by redeeming the code. What shall I do now to get the confirmation email?

Hello @SantanuChatterjee , I see the confirmation from the screen shot. Have you checked your Spam and other folders for the email? If yes, I suggest you send an email to the address for further clarification.
