Didnt receive the local guides gift yet

I had got a mail regarding local guides gift of Google Maps Pin on 15 May,2023 and till date I haven’t received the gift yet.I had got only the order confirmation and courier tracking.

Please look into this issue.

If you haven’t already, please read “Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first”.

Using tracking number, please check the location of the package either online or at your post office.

Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.

While the shipping company has your package, there’s nothing we can do about it.

If you don’t manage to find out where it is, you can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page.

Other than that you just have to wait.

After filing the replacement, there won’t be any tracking number - right?

The tracking comes with the first shipment.

I booked the replacement and that too took so long and never came. I visited the local post office and they also didn’t receive any package.

Better luck next time for me, I guess :cry:

If your question is related to redeeming your gift, then this si something you need to do before the offer expires. There is a date mentioned in your email offer. While redeeming you will bi asked for your snail mail details.

I had already ordered for replacement and waited for a long time,there was no reply from Google regarding the order.Even the tracking page has no update about the gift.

I would like to inform you to better ask with the courier agent. Take your tracking number and ask the product with the courier partner. If possible file a complaint in the courier portal.

Same case for me as well.

Initial product did not come. Ordered the replacement one even that did not turn up.

Highly unsatisfied with Google.
