I got an mail saying to get google local guide perk socks by entering redemption code.
I did that long back like in November 2019. still, I didn’t receive my perk and in the FAQ when I enter my redemption code it is saying the code is expired.

page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “What can I do about a missing or damaged item” and submit. shipping team will look into it and get back to you.
We are sorry that you have not received your perk by now, please follow this link and make sure that you scroll down until you find text written What can I do about a missing or damaged item? from there, enter your details as specified on the form, your code, email and post code.
