Didn’t receive confirmation mail of my reward …I have redeemed a Google map pin as a reward perk for being a local guide. After redeeming them, they told me that I would receive a confirmation email in an hour. I never received it.

This is not a new issue,so please kindly be patient and bear with the system. We have **an ongoing thread on such issues ,**please kindly post in there. There some prescribed steps that might help there.
If you don’t find help reading the replies to posts there on that thread post in there anyway. The moderators will look into your issues
