after this i did not received any kind of kit from it. some how it can says that timing is 3-4 weeks but still i dint have any kind of this perks at my home, through lots of contribution on maps we want something in return.

@Jayp2001 just want to confirm, when you got that email, did you actually claim the perk? You would have filled in your info and submit a form. I see the perk had a deadline of Jan 31st, 2020 so it’s way overdue. If you didn’t do it by then, you will not be able to get it anymore.
If you actually have claimed the perk and submitted the form before the deadline, you can take a look at the following link, and fill in the form at the very bottom under ‘What can I do about a missing or damaged item’ . The Local Guides team will look up the case for you.
