Did not receive my Perk i earned

I did not receive my first perk SOCKS which i earned after long time on Local guide.

I have reached level 6, earned 3231 points, added 104 reviews, 207 photos and answered 760 questions to help google gather data and GOOGLE has not even provided a single perk as yet.

Very disappointed with google.

Raised this issue several times but no use.

my order was placed on 10/11/2020 and it is more than 6 weeks still the perk gift is not yet delivered to me!

I also mailed to google but no response since 2 years.
