To serve 3 person
We need 150 grams Arhar Dhal(pigeon pea)
500ml water
A pinch of turmeric
1 1/2 tea spoon salt
3 green chillies
5 cloves of garlic
Cummin seeds
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon oil
