Pizza Papalis of Greektown has been a family favorite for years! Their veggie deep dish pizza is mouthwatering. It’s a pretty mellow crowd during the day for lunch, and although it can get pretty busy at night or during game season, the service is always friendly and attentive. It takes about 45 minutes for the deep dishes to cook, and take-out is always an option. Right across the street, there are a couple of good bakeries and entrance to the Greektown casino for something more to do. Definitely give Pizza Papalis a try! It’s tucked away on a brightly lit street in a festive part of downtown, it would be quite hard to miss.
