Me gustaría saber porque se ha eliminado la reseña negativa que hice de un local. A las pocas horas de la publicación, ésta ha desaparecido, junto con el local. En mis contribuciones está sumada, pero ya no puedo verla.
Es normal esto de que cualquier negocio pueda autoexcluirse en cuanto se le registre una reseña negativa?

Before we jump to conclusions that your review was removed we need to give the different servers time to sync. You speak of hours after your publication. Your points/ statistics should reflect public (non-removed) contributions. Again, it may take time for the counter to sync, so it is still possible that your review has indeed been removed, but it is not yet reflected in your points.
Please note, businesses cannot remove negative reviews, only Google can. Reviews can be removed from public view and set to private by Google when your review does not abide by the official Contributed Content Policy. This is either done by a Google operator or an automated system. As no automated system is 100% perfect, it is possible that your review has been removed because some of your content triggered it to be flagged incorrectly.
Without you sharing the content of your review, we won’t be able to give you feedback on why your review may have been removed/ made private but since you are talking about hours after your publication, let’s give the servers some time to sync.
