Let me share this amazing place where I ate yesterday!
The restaurant is called Bayron Rib’s and is located in Rixensart which is approximately a 20 min drive from the city center of Brussels.
It has opened a month ago and, as you can guess, they know how to prepare spare-ribs!
They have around 15 preparations of ribs, maybe 2 salads and a hamburger, nothing else on the menu.
What make them so special?
It’s a low-temperature cooking. The Ribs cook more than 8hours in the oven!
Let me tell you that your knife is just a piece of decoration… Meat is falling apart and the bone remains extra clean.
Everything is home-made and their French Fries respect our Belgian tradition: Golden & crunchy! Plus, there’s also an “all-you-can-eat” option for 23€!
The restaurant is very cosy and you’ll receive a warm Welcome from the young owner!
