In 2020, I will be posting Google Map lists titled “Nakashi’s Weekly Recommendations” and here is the list for this week:

Kushikatsu & Doteyaki list

When in Osaka, Kushikatsu and Doteyaki are simply a must-try.

Kushikatsu and Doteyaki were formally a popular form of street food however, today they are a special kind of local snack.

Both Kushikatsu and Doteyaki are essentially Japanese kebab sticks and are often eaten together with their own respective sauces.

Doteyaki is submerged in a special sauce made up of white miso paste and beef tendon, while Kushikatsu is paired together with its own special sauce as well.

大阪串カツどて焼きリスト

大阪に訪れた際にぜひ食べていただきたいおすすめの串カツ、どて焼きのお店をリストにしました。

注文後カウンター越しの目の前で揚げられるサクサク串カツは大阪でしか味わえない。二度付け厳禁。

白みそと牛すじを一緒に長時間煮込んだどて焼きも多くのお店で提供していますので一緒に賞味してみてください。

みんなの旅行の手助けになるようなリストや新たな発見のあるリスト作りを心がけて作成しています。
作成したリストをあなたの生活や旅行の中で役立てていただけると幸いです。

何気に食べたことがありません、どて焼き。もしかすると岩手では提供しているお店ってほとんどないかもしれませんね。

こういった地元ならではの食べ物に特化したリストはたくさんの方に喜ばれそうです。私も地域グルメリストづくりに取り組んで見ようと思います。

Kushikatsu and Doteyaki are one of my favorite dishes. The photos you have posted look more than delicious, and I would like to visit the places from your list as soon as possible.

串カツじゃないけど、ウズラの卵を串揚げしたのが好きです。あー、ハラ減って来た。フォローしたよ〜。

昔からの串カツ屋さんのほとんどはどて焼きがあったりしますが、たしかにそれらの評価は分かれそうなものですね。

リストを作った私もどて焼きを好んで食べる機会はありませんがローカルなお店に入った時には食べたりもします。

ともあれ大阪ではビール片手に串カツという最高の組み合わせでいただきたいものです。
