When in Osaka, Kushikatsu and Doteyaki are simply a must-try.
Kushikatsu and Doteyaki were formally a popular form of street food however, today they are a special kind of local snack.
Both Kushikatsu and Doteyaki are essentially Japanese kebab sticks and are often eaten together with their own respective sauces.
Doteyaki is submerged in a special sauce made up of white miso paste and beef tendon, while Kushikatsu is paired together with its own special sauce as well.
I hope these collections of places can be helpful for anyone planning for a getaway. It would also be great if you can explore something new around you from my lists!
