Delicious Fuchka from the Restaurant:Sussadu Fuchka

Today I want share my experience about the restaurant Sussadu Fuchka which is situated at West Bengal,in India.At first,let me tell something about the Bengali fuchka.The Dish Fuchka is Indian recipe.This is popular in India.There are many names of Fuchka.Some people call the food Panipuri,some people call Golgappa,some call it Gupchup,some call Pani ke patashe etc.This is snack type food.

Many varaties of Fuchkas are available.You can get many flavours - sweets, spicy, tamarind.In India this food is popular very much popular because this food is affordable and readily available.It is called street food.

But in my locality,there are a restaurant of Fuchka.Here you can get many varieties of Fuchka.All varaties of Fuchkas are very testy.

I like Fuchka very much.The food is crunchy and you can eat this food with various types of sauce.Specially I like spicy fuchka with tamarind chutney.

In this restaurant,you can get not only Fuchka but also other snacks and you can get also delicious breakfast.

Except Fuchka,I have tested Doi Bora,this snack is also very testy.The dish is made by yogurt.

“Doi” is an bengali name of yogurt.The is also really very testy.

I love the foods from this restaurant very much.The restaurant is well decorated.The price of the food is reasonable.I like to share my experience about this restaurant.

I will do agree with @NahidHossain , @SachinVijayan , @MohammadPalash about this delicious Fuchka @Tandrima2 .

How long we should wait after we confirm the Fuchka order until it ready at the table, for instance I need to wait fifteen minutes to wait, till the pizza ready.

Can you explain tome the best way to eat this delicious Fuchka ?

Should I dip it to the soup or the soup is for the appetizer ?

Fuchka does not take as much time to prepare as pizza. It is mainly street food. But it has restaurant in my city. Just wait for five minutes after placing the order and you will get it in this restaurant. You can eat Fuchka in different ways. If you like a soup, you can dip the Fuchka a little in that soup and eat it. However, the dipping method should be looked at. Fuchkas are crispy.

If it is submerged too much in the soup, its crispy would be lost. So you have to dip very slightly in that direction. So that its crispy can be maintained. We like to eat Fuchka because it is crispy. There are some toppings inside the fuchka, care should be taken so that the toppings do not separate from the fuchka while dipping.

We love eating to dip it in some sour soup. But everyone’s preferences are not the same, it is better to follow their own preferences.
