Hi, I happened to add two videos two times. I can’t see my videos and don’t know how to delete extra added videos.

Select Contribute.
Select See contributions
Select See all photos
Scroll down until you see the video (or photo) you want to delete.
Tap the video/photo.
Then you will see a garbage bin in the top right corner.
Hit it!

Before deleing the “second” video make sure that in fact you have added it twice and that it’s not a display issue showing a false positive regarding duplicates. If you have in fact added it twice then try the following to delete the duplicate:
On desktop Google Maps:
- Select Your contributions from the menu
- Select the PHOTOS tab
- Find the duplicate to be deleted
- Select the ellipsis (3 dots) menu
- Select Delete in the pop-up menu
- Confirm by selecting DELETE
On Android Google Maps:
- Tap Menu
- Tap Your contributions
- Photos.
- Select the item you want to delete
- In the top right, tap Remove and then
- Ok.

This is strange. I see that you have added 82 videos.
When I look at your profile the first 3 photo contributions are 3 videos from GHP Urologcentrum Stockholm.
Maybe you need to restart your app.

Yes @MortenCopenhagen it seems that 82 videos have been added and as you say the first 3 items on the photos tab are 3 videos forGHP Urologcentrum Stockholm but there are others for example for Al Mourjan Business Lounge! So why @I-am-Q cannot see the videos is strange!!!
Edited: Anyway @I-am-Q to as I mentioned before, find the duplicate and select the ellipsis (3 dots) menu and then delete!

If restart does not fix it, please test the problem on an other platform or device.
Please, try Clear cache & cookies, if you have not already done so. The link has step-by-step instructions for Android, IOS, and Desktop. Just select the relevant tab at the top.

I noticed something else on your profile, @I-am-Q .
You uploaded the same video to more than one business. This is clearly against the guidelines. Just because more businesses share the same stairway you can not share the same video to more of them. One only.
This might explain some of your issue but not all of it.
Please delete redundant videos when you get the chance.

Hi and thanks again @MortenCopenhagen for your replay. Would you please let me know what video(s) I have posted to more than one business!? I do not recall … since I do t see videos when I write my review, I try to add my videos afterward, to put it frankly I have no clue where they land.

I have restarted my app two times and can see my videos when adding a photo to my review. Bit I still cannot see my added videos yet.
There is not a separate tab for Videos.
Videos in your profile are displayed together with photos.
Here’s the duplicate video
Just click on the three white dots and select “delete”

My problem is that I can not see videos I have already added.
You said that I have used same video for more than one business, would you please let me know which video is used for more than one business?
I never said anything about videos duplicate across locations, @I-am-Q . I honestly didn’t checked all your contributions. This is what @MortenCopenhagen said.
Regarding the videos, I can clearly see them from your profile.
Can you please try the following steps:
- Make sure that your app is updated
- Logout from Google maps
- Clear the cache of the device
- Login again
If it doesn’t work, please let us know:
- Brand and model of your device
- Operating system version
- Google maps app version
This will help Google to troubleshoot the issue

With not that many videos you will be able to spot the duplicate videos as soon as you can see your videos again.

Oh sorry for wrong reply @ErmesT ,
anyhow, I use iPhone 11 promax version 14.6. I have logged out from Google Maps and logged in again. (Ggogle Maps version 5.70.2

I have to admit that I still can’t see added videos. But, I can see latest added videos by clicking on the link you provided in your notes …
