Dear Gents,
there is a mall witch previously was with name Al Khaleej Mall. A new company had rebuild this mall in the same place then they created new place with name The View by Arabian Centres.
1st place named Al Khaleej Mall has no business owner.
I’ve submitted request for close / remove but google app couldn’t verify it.
Any one can help with this please ?

First of all please note the Closing and Removing are two very different thing.
When a place existed once in maps, it should not be Removed, but simply “Permanently Closed”. In this way the people that search for the place will know that the place is no longer in operation.
I suppose you are talking of this place. Based on several reviews that are mentioning that the place is no longer in operation and it has been replaced by this one, I’ve edited the location, that is now Permanently closed.
The new status will be visible in a few hours.
Let me add that it is not simple to close a place with several reviews, because the simple fact of writing a review, even for declaring that “a place is close” may appear as a way to deny the fact that the place is no longer active.
An edit need to be approached in the right way, and need to be verified, so if you suggested that the place doesn’t exist, this is something that can really be difficult to demonstrate. For more information about the approval please read Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”? read

Regarding to same topic, this place appeared permanently closed after your last action. it’s strange that after few days, place status changed to “open” again.

I am sorry to read that someone is opening the Place again, even if it is clearly stated in several reviews that the business has been replaced by another one.
I can try to close it again, but due to the high number of photos and recent reviews it will be very easy to reopen it.
My suggestion is to highlight the issue to the Google Maps Help Community , for them to escalate the issue to the Google Maps appropriate team
