I updated road mapper on Google map many times. At times they are not approved and at times like at present they are under review for long.
Hi @Kumaarsantosh , this is quite strange. Normally edits in Road Mapper are approved or Not approved in a few days, so the pending status is normally visible just for two or three days.
Can you please share a screenshot of your dashboard where we can see the date of the edit that still be in Pending Status.
Regarding the Not approved edits, please read Reasons why some drawings don’t get approved . In there you will find some great explanation too, about how to improve the submissions
Hello @ErmesT ,
Thank for your response and extending your help on the topic.
I have attached some of the snapshots where these are pending since March 30/April 1, 2023.
Thank you so much for your screenshot, @Kumaarsantosh , that makes everything more understandable.
Unfortunately no one of the pending edits shared by you is related to Roads, but it is true that the road added in Maps may be approved even after months.
In any case this is not a post related to Road Mapper, the board where you posted. To learn more about Road Mapper, please read How to learn more about Road Mapper
If you need some tip about how to better add road in Google Maps, please read: Roads in Google Maps: 2000+ roads later … .
A post with tips and tricks about adding roads in Google Maps is coming soon, so please stay tuned in Connect for more details
Regarding the edits of a business listing, every edit need to be verified online by Google, so if there aren’t enough data to validate the edit, your edit will be Not applied or it will remain in Pending Status. More information can be found in Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”?
Thank you @ErmesT for your time.
