I just checked with many of the people that people not able to submit their local guide summit application howover they work hard. Current s word situation is not good and people struggling for everything so I like to request Google to delay Google submit 2020 form submission .

The platform closed exactly at 8:00 pm GMT, as indicated on the announcement post
Many local Guides did the video at home, or on the rooftop, as you can see here.
Myself, I applied from Italy, that has been locked down well in advance.
Let’s take this opportunity for being more prepared for 2021
