I have received email from google maps saying "Congratulations: You’ve unlocked a special reward
To receive your limited edition Google Maps pin, click Redeem now. Once on the landing page, enter your code and address. As always, thank you for inspiring people everywhere by sharing the things you care about." And i redeemed that day a google local guide pin and then got mail from google maps saying “Good news - your reward is on its way. Your order has been successfully submitted. It may take up to 6 weeks to receive your order, depending on your location and local post speed. Tracking numbers are not available. Thank you for being part of the Local Guides community.”
And after 7 days at 22 march 2023 i got mail from Deutsche Post Customer Portal and saying"Dear Nimesh Korat, Good news! Your order from Brand Addition Google has been received and you will soon be able to track your shipment using this tracking number ***************"
But now it’s been almost 3 months but didn’t received anything yet. Please anyone have idea what can I do in this case then please share here?

Regarding your reward it’s probably lost in transit,sorry about that.
I redeemed a reward for a Local Guides-branded item, but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Some rewards are shipped internationally, so please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Tracking numbers are not available. If you received a damaged item or it’s been more than 6 weeks since you’ve ordered with no sign of your package, please follow the steps on the FAQ page to request a replacement.
