Dedicated Guide App or Guide Section in Maps

Back in 2016 there was a Thread started about a Dedicated Application for Guides.

(I will put a shortened link at the bottom of this post for that thread) .

Is there still interest in an application or a Guide area in Maps?

I think both would be nice.

An Application would be great for people would wanted to connect with Everyone.

A section in Maps would be convenient for those only interested in sharing and connecting with Guides near them.

OPINIONS?

It would be nice for Moderators too. I am a Moderator/Admin on several Social Media sites I can’t imagine not having an application to check what is going on with the daily activities.

There ISN’T an application for Guides or Moderators

I thought the option to attach a Feature to Join Other Guides in your Area to MAPS might appeal to other Guides. This Board has not been as active as it was several years ago. I don’t think these forums were ever used by Guides to the extent GOOGLE thought they would be.

I think accessing this Forum/board is More Difficult than Google realizes.
Communication should be easy.
