A nice trail with 3 levels of difficulty. The trail starts from the C&O Canal national park and offers spectacular views of the Potomac river. Check out the information on the Chesapeake & Ohio national park here
You can also see Great Falls on the Potomac where the water rush through a narrow part of the river and provide dramatic views.
Some fun with my daughter on the trail. She cloned herself in the event her old pop needed assistance on the trail. He did just fine…
