My goal for 2020 is to reaching level 10 but impossible because of lockdown from Covid-19
2021 will be new challenge to reaching out:
Reaching Level 10
Monthly write a Connect Post (local story, travel tips…)
Use social media to support and promote the Local Guides program
@KarenVChin and @ErmesT It was good to see you on the meetup, I enjoyed the meetup, it was 3 hours well spent listening to various goals LGs have set for themselves for 2021. Let me go public with my 2021 goals. I would like to divide them in to Goals, Stretch Goals and Wish List Category, since as we discussed some goals are completely not in our control.
Here are my 2021 Goals
Receive that ever elusive Master Director Badge. I have met all the criteria, except need to add 331 Videos this year. My Video views have exceeded 1 Million and Reach is at 421/100. With this I complete all Master badges!
Get Selected to attend Connect Live 2021. This is a tough goal, I will also add it to my Wish List.
Reach 350+ Million Photo Views. I am at 230 Million Views, hopefully I can achieve 350 Million Views by the end of 2021
Host a Local Guides meet-up (in-person or virtual), Even though I have guest hosted few virtual meetups, I have not hosted a meetup, It is a good goal to have in 2021
Attend a Local Guides Meetup. This is something I would like to continue in 2021 as well.
Complete 1000 Miles of Street View Photography. I have contributed around 890 Miles so far and got ‘Street View Master’ Badge for contributing 1000Kms of Street view. Hopefully this is achievable soon.

I joined connect in 2019 as part 2019 Connect live application, even though I started contributing to maps from July 23, 2017. As of now, I spend more time on connect compared to any other social media, even though I am very active on Instagram and Facebook. Here are some stats from connect

Total Messages Read: 64380
Total Likes Received: 7488
Posts: 147
Replies: 991
Total Sign ins: 2241
Total Likes given: 10833
I am also equally active on Google Maps
Total Contribution: 43410
Photo Views: 230 M+

Places Added views: 3.9 M+
Also I live 10+ Miles from Google Head Quarters in Mountain View, a Local Local Guide

First I came to the achievement board today the 1st of January 2021 to wish local fuides a very happy and prosperous year and then to share my expectations for the year. Fortunately for me I met your post, so I’ll just do it all here since its related.

Karen, just like you, a lot of us also had local guides goals for 2020 although in my case I didn’t note them down, but planed getting to level 9 and contributing better on connect. Indeed While I got to level 9, my contributions on connect weren’t as good.
2021 Goals
Karen your goals are so good, ill go with it as a challenge.
Haha @jayasimha78 – you are truly a “local, Local Guide” in my opinion being that close to the Googleplex!
Sorry, for not responding sooner here. After @ErmesT and I finished our Dec 27th virtual meet-up you attended, I took Holiday time off to decompress and recharge for 2021. However, I am more exhausted from the last two weeks than when I left. I think you know why?! 
I cannot wait to get past January 20th!
Your 2021 Local Guides Goals are realistic and doable! Great that you want to put in your miles for Street View. Attending Connect Live 2021 is definitely a stretch for all of us!
Good luck wanting to be invited to become a Connect Moderator! There has been a great growth of Connect Moderators last year. I am assuming this growth will continue this year too.
As I mentioned before, you should think about joining the Google Crowdsource community. With your huge Local Guides photo library that you have, Image Capture is a no-brainer for you - wouldn’t you agree, @ErmesT ?

How close are you to Level 10? I can now say after writing this post. I am closer to Level 9, with less than 3,000 points to go. I have no excuse not to reach it this year (If any of the restaurants and cafes will ever open again for in-person service).

My Goals:
I believe I should achieve 2,5 Bil. Photo views.
But most important is for me, to finally take care of my promisses to visit Israel and Ukraine to the end of 2021 and do a road trip with my children to the Northcap. https://maps.app.goo.gl/V6pdSfgThKReNwdo6 to collect some nice pictures for Google Maps.
As Well I have the aim to organise at least 5 meetups around Central Europe.
I hope all will work out fine.

Currently I’m at 85,xxx points and need more 15,xxx points to go for Level 10! It’s possible because in my city the situation of COVID19 is not really a matter now not like last year.
