@Shrut19 @VinayKrishna @NGUDAPE @FalguniP Here we go to brew

famous Dalgona Coffee!

Recipe:

2 tbsp coffee powder
2 tbsp icing sugar
(I don’t have icing sugar so I used sugar and coffee powder and then turbo 2 secs/2 times.)
3 tbsp hot water

Add in butterfly whisk, 2 min/sp 2.5

Add some ice and milk into a glass, and scoop your creamy coffee froth on to your milk and it’s done!

Hi @AnirudPUNE thanks for tagging me to this popular beverage nowadays.

What a coincidence, yesterday I made that Dalgona Coffee, but unfortunately since I don’t have a mixer, I just stirred it fast for almost 15 minutes, but the coffee and sugar didn’t become into a foam. It just became thicker. However, because I serve it with my favorite fresh milk brand, I still enjoyed the taste.

Did you make it with mixer? Still curious if we could make it without a mixer :thinking:

@Velvel Hie, instead of stirring manually/mixer I used beater which actually incorporates air. Did you use Hot water while mixing sugar and coffee in said proportion, that is imp step. For hand mixing u have to beat at least 30 min. Thanks

@AnirudPUNE , I am not a coffee person but seeing this made me to try for this. I remember having best coffee whenever I visit south India(Bangalore/Chennai Airport has one of the finest filter coffee shops just outside the exit) and at few places like Ooty and coorg when I visited there. @Shrut19 Thanks for tagging me. Do you know any shops in Mumbai which serves authentic filter coffee. I tried Cafe Madras in Matunga and that was awesome.
