Like the scenic spots I introduced earlier, this scenic spot is also located in southern Taiwan. It is located at Dajin Waterfall in Sandimen Township, Pingtung County, Taiwan (the other is Xinfeng Village, Gaoshu Township, Pingtung County), near Dawu Mountain, County Road 185 The Dajin Scenic Area, which is 2k along the mountain road, is also known as “Awu Waterfall”, “Weiliao Waterfall”, and “Xinfeng Waterfall”.
The waterfall has 5 floors. The routes on the first and second floors are more suitable for people to go to. Complete trails have been built. It looks cool and quiet, it is a good place to escape the heat in summer, and it often attracts many tourists. It is about 20 meters high and presents 90 degrees. It hangs down from the cliff like white silk. Although the water volume is not large, it does not have a graceful taste. The valley is not large, but the shade of the trees is dense. The atmosphere is majestic and very cold, and it is a holy place to cool off. Climbing to the pavilion and overlooking the green fields of Pingtung, it is a beautiful view that tourists should not miss. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th levels of waterfalls are located in deep forests. They are not easy to enter, are inaccessible, and are prone to snakes and insects. If you want to visit in person, it is best to have complete equipment.
In addition to admiring the waterfall, standing in the pavilion, you can see the field scenery of the leisure agricultural area, the taro field and the Lingxiu Temple can be seen, and you can also overlook the scenery of the nearby Laonong River.
