@BorrisS Hi Borris! Fuchka is a typical Indian snack. It is deep fried crisp crepe generally served with mash potato & tamarind water/yogurt,sweet and sour sauce. Fuchka in Bengal is also known as Panipuri, Gupchup, Batasa in different parts of India.
