@FelipePK@FlameFox@JavieraAu@SaifIS@GolapM @@@@@Daal bati churma is one of the famous and authentic dishes of Rajasthan, India . It’s very tasty and healthy. It is made of wheat flour, gram flour with lot of ghee ( butter ) . It is baked in oven and after baking it, it is poured in ghee which makes it very tasty. It is served with tadka daal and churma ( sweet ) and chaach. Bati acts as chapati and rice. Firstly eat it as chapati and then just crush it , mixed with daal and take it as rice. Churama is as sweet after this. It’s a very tasty Rajasthani dish. I always take this with chaach which is made by mixing curd, salt, cumin powder, mint leaves and mango chutney. It increases it’s taste.
It’s interesting to read that it’s typical to use Mango and that you can eat that bread with rise, actually. Thanks for sharing @Anijais13 . Are you polishing the small bread with yolk while baking as well?
