Roasted Pork Belly or Lechon, crisp most people can’t resist specially here in my country, Philippines. You can see this rolling whole pork on flaming coals in alot of places here. It’s like a must dish in every occasion, gathering or even just for a normal meal. Every City has there own unique version you would be thrilled. Some just clean the whole pork pierced with a really big skewer, and some stuff different flavors inside such as herbs, whole chiken, and some seafoods then roast it and others like what I did deboned pork belly stuffed with alot of herbs. So if you got a chance of visiting my wonderful country, give this buddy a crunch!
