@sailorbright wow, nice. Stay home stay safe…
This looks yum @sailorbright can you tell us some more about them?
Is this is something you made?
Paul
@PaulPavlinovich Thank you and yes it is one of many home made dishes I make. Often find eating at home more satisfying than eating out.
Crispy salmon is simple.
Pan fry salmon in coconut cooking oil with skin on, add lemon pepper seasoning to the salmon and pan fry with lid on until skin is crispy and salmon is cooked.
Pan fry whole mushrooms, add to green salad mix and garnish as you please.
Toast whole grain bread, lightly buttered before using heart shaped cookie cutters. Use toasted heart shaped toasted bread to garnish your meal as part of your overall presentation as above.
Happy and healthy eating.
It sounds delightful @sailorbright thanks for sharing the directions. You obviously take great pride in your food. Thanks for sharing.
I can hear my kids in the kitchen doing their weekly cook. I think they’re frying up some chicken schnitzels tonight.
Yummy @sailorbright you made my tummy hungry. It looks so delicious and nutritious. Thank you for sharing such thing.
Good morning Paul,
Thank you for complimenting on my efforts in the kitchen. You are very observant and yes you are right. I take pride in home cooked food a long with many other things.
Having proactive children in the kitchen sounds like quality parenting. Children who are willing to learn who’ve the right type of attitude and leadership become independent in the earliest years of adulthood. Chicken schnitzel sounds delicious although our household hasn’t eaten chicken schnitzel in 3 years. Mostly because my other half’s children have “Coeliac disease” and I don’t like cooking or baking with gluten free flour - hence our household dishes are mostly made up of pure ingredients.
Its lovely to meet your local guide acquaintance. Thank you for noticing my work. Means a lot. God Bless your family.
@SarveswarB Good Morning,
Thank you for your acknowledgement and thank you for your positive feedback. God Bless.
Oh my two are quite independent @sailorbright they do live with us but they are both adults and each has a share in the property and takes part in the daily chores. They may leave here one day and I’ll have to buy out their share or perhaps they might bring a partner in to live here which would be fine too.
Paul
