Crispy Moghlai Parota

You can make instant Moghlai Parota for evening snacks. The hot moghlai parota is very tasty with tomato sauce or mint chutney.

Find out the recipe:

Ingredients :
Flour - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Chili - 2 (crushed)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder- a little
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt- to taste
Hot spice powder- a little
Beet Salt and Chaat Masala - Slightly (optional)
Like oil- quantity

Preparation method :
Spread the flour well with a little salt and two tablespoons of oil. Make smooth dough with little by little water. Put the dough in a bowl with the moth. Apply a little oil around the dough by hand. Now cover the bowl with thin plastic and wait for half an hour.

Meanwhile, make the egg mixture. For this, in a bowl, lightly apply onion powder, coriander powder, green chilli powder, salt, hot spice powder and black pepper powder. Break two eggs. The mixture will remain a little thin.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each portion. Sprinkle half of the egg mixture over the bread. Now fold the bread in two directions. Fold the other two sides and press slightly. Heat oil in a frying pan in the oven and deep fry parota in oil. Fry over medium heat. Because if you increase the heat of the stove, the inner part will not boil. Fry the parota well upside down. Drop the oil and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle chaat masala and bit salt on top and serve with tomato sauce.

It is one of the most popular snacks in Bangladesh. Even I studied in West Bengal, India during 1992-95, I had seen so many people ate this item
